We are, as our name implies (Soldiers of Christ), a Christian –
based organization. We provide training and facilitation in survival,
adventure and tactical based aspects for all age, race and gender groups.

Our calling can best be described through the following quote:
“The Glory of God is man fully alive”
Our aim is to provide our clients with the best, most professional services
they have yet encountered. We will provide quality practical training and
assessments that will be USED by our clients. We will back our training
with “after sale” feedback.
All our courses and sessions are flexible and “custom made” for your
requirements and needs. Bring your whole family, sports team, adventure
group, hiking club, church group, birthday party, school group, hunting
party or whatever group to enjoy the great outdoors, safely and efficiently.
Our infrastructure is second to none. We have multiple options available
all in the area called the “Klein Karoo”. A base camp for the adventure
part is at Uhuru guest farm (44km from Oudtshoorn near Calitsdorp) or
Schoemanshoek Camping area as another excellent alternative. This guest
farm provides all accommodation and meals. Included is a cold swimming
pool with super slide, warm spring indoor pool, full restaurant, exotic
bird and monkey holding pens, camping terrain and wide spread game farm.
In the near future we will set up a professional obstacle course for
climbing and abseiling for example as well as a SABS accredited shooting
range (handgun, shot gun and long rifle). The rest of this available area
can not be described on paper and is a must to be seen. Other training
areas are in the area called Oudemuragie near the small town of De Rust
(28km from Oudtshoorn) just beneath the Swartberg Mountains. In these
areas we provide more senior orientated programs in advanced Survival
techniques.
Our training facilitators are highly professional and skilled in the
subjects we present.

with his wife Gerdi and their 3 daughters in Oudtshoorn. He lives by
“The Glory of God is man FULLY alive” and enjoys walking with God in
the Garden of Eden.
Nico van der Merwe has 11 years service in the military and has had
numerous opportunities to obtain adventure orientated experience in
numerous fields locally and abroad as Officer Instructor and Operational
Coordinator.
Gerhard Minnie has 14 years experience as adventure activities facilitator
with children of all walks of live including special children with problem
backgrounds.
He has a passion for calling up the identity of children and young adults.
He enjoys his family and lives on a farm outside Calitzdorp with his wife
